• Mission: Lead the business from the ground up, mastering operational expertise and customer relations to manage a branch and develop a team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent Enterprise: Serve as a crucial representative to both customers and partners, embodying the company’s commitment to service excellence.
• Master Operations: Learn and apply behind-the-scenes operational expertise, primarily based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Cultivate Business: Engage actively with the community to establish vital relationships necessary for business growth and development.
• Develop Leadership: Acquire the knowledge and skills required to eventually run your own branch and develop your own team.
• Drive Performance: Excel through hands-on training in key areas including Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. Early Career level.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 6 years) in sales (commission or goal-based), customer service (in a sales industry like retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center), collegiate/professional athletics, or a leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license, US work authorization (without requiring future sponsorship), Customer service, Sales and Marketing, Operations management.
• Bonus: Preferred commute of under 25 minutes (in rush hour traffic) from the posted locations.
