Seasonal DC Stock Associate

The Seasonal DC Stock Associate plays a crucial role in our distribution center, primarily focusing on the accurate handling of inbound freight and the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This involves using a radio frequency (RF) gun to locate and select merchandise for shipment, performing case opening procedures including scanning boxes and placing products on correct shelves, and pulling items to fulfill customer orders.

Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend shifts! No experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a radio frequency (RF) scanning device.
• Efficiently and accurately process orders by packing merchandise for shipment to stores and customers.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Properly follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with others in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, conduct business-related mathematics, and analyze data as required.
• Proactively bring problems or concerns to the attention of a supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
• Follow daily procedures and protocols as outlined in job orientations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
• Possess a positive attitude and be open to learning new tasks and skills.
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a strong willingness to be a great teammate.

Physical Demands

• Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours, which often include weekends, evenings, and holidays in conjunction with labor regulations.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion for a full shift.
• Repeated reaching above and/or below shoulder level frequently.
• Regularly required to communicate using various methods while performing the duties of this job.
• Requires kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and constantly moving weights of 5-50 lbs.
• Team lift required for anything over 50 lbs.
• Ability to move 50 lbs at least 25 feet in distance.
