What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate on diverse projects that directly drive the company’s mission forward.
• Data Analysis: Master critical skills in data gathering, sorting, and analysis.
• Financial Strategy: Craft financial models and contribute to internal investment strategies.
• Portfolio Support: Support senior team members in monitoring portfolio companies.
• Special Projects: Lead other special projects based on departmental needs and evolving skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: An inquisitive mind interested in impact investing and legislation; a knack for identifying and applying best business and finance practices; meticulous attention to detail, crucial even when working remotely.
• Bonus: Passion for local, state, and federal legislation is preferred; a minimum 3.5 GPA is required for St. Louis investment team internships.
