Entry-Level Positions Available

As an entry-level team member, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from several vital positions:

• Detailer: Responsible for making vehicles shine, including thorough washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Lot Attendant: Plays a crucial role in logistics, moving vehicles efficiently from one department to the next within our Inspection Centers.
• Photobooth Associate: Captures high-quality photos of our vehicles, enabling customers to explore them in our unique 360-degree spinners online.
• Quality Associate: Conducts detailed inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors, accurately identifying and documenting any imperfections or defects.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 hourly (Starting pay is $17/hr.)
• Schedule: We are staffing for our first shift at this location.
  • First Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Mandatory Overtime: Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for team players committed to our mission and able to work additional hours when required.
• Location: Our Inspection Center is located at: 600 S 94th Ave Tolleson, AZ 85353

General Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Comfortable sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment that may include, but is not limited to, face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
