Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Door to Door Salesperson to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering flexibility with some opportunities for remote work. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential clients, showcasing the value and quality of our window and door products in both residential and commercial settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Canvassing neighborhoods and target areas to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conducting compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our window and door solutions.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identifying client needs and providing expert recommendations for tailored solutions.
  • Scheduling appointments for detailed consultations and sales presentations.
  • Providing comprehensive product information and addressing all customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Actively promoting and selling our extensive range of high-quality window and door products.

Qualifications

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and build rapport.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Home improvement Industry is a plus but not required.
  • A motivated self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed, to meet client availability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
