What You’ll Actually Do
• Punch Work: Perform general punch work on homes, including adjustments, touch-ups, and light installation of cabinet components, prior to client turnover.
• Part Coordination: Receive and coordinate the delivery of service parts for various projects.
• System Updates: Accurately update the in-house system with receipts and fulfillments of parts.
• Warranty Service: Execute warranty punch work and provide service for closed homes.
• Order Initiation: Initiate orders for necessary service or warranty parts as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Essential prior experience within the cabinet industry and carpentry.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in cabinet touch-up and repair techniques, competence in using various hand tools, and proven ability to function effectively and independently without daily oversight from management.
• Skills: Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and the ability to safely drive a Non-CDL pickup truck under 10,000 lbs. Must have a working knowledge of the Windows operating system, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
