• Mission: This role is responsible for accurate and timely analysis of patient samples using immunoassay methodology to support therapeutic drug monitoring and drug screening.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sample Management: Meticulously receive specimens for testing, evaluate orders, prioritize batches to ensure timely processing, and correctly handle unacceptable or unusual samples according to laboratory protocols.
• Analytical Execution: Perform extractions and immunoassay analysis on client, quality control, and proficiency samples, strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for therapeutic drug monitoring and drug screening.
• Reagent and Solution Preparation: Prepare laboratory reagents and standard solutions accurately, diligently following established SOPs to support precise and reliable analytical testing.
• Data Integrity and Reporting: Evaluate raw and final data for accuracy, recognize and correct errors or unusual results, interpret findings, and produce comprehensive final reports while maintaining Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Instrument Maintenance and Quality Control: Maintain, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, perform routine checks, and adhere to all quality control rules, including monitoring controls and taking corrective actions, while maintaining all necessary laboratory records.

• Experience: No prior professional experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, focusing on clinical laboratory methodologies including immunoassay and extraction procedures.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), proficiency in evaluating and interpreting data for accuracy, skilled in laboratory instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, and commitment to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality control.
• Bonus: Preferred fields of study include Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
