2026 Summer Intern (Growth Team) | Aledade

This is a summer internship at Aledade, a public benefit corporation dedicated to empowering independent primary care. Founded in 2014, Aledade has grown to be the largest network of independent primary care in the country, assisting practices, health centers, and clinics in delivering superior patient care and excelling within value-based care models. The company works to transform the traditional fee-for-service healthcare model by creating value-based contracts across diverse health plans, strengthening continuity of care and aligning incentives to keep patients healthy. This internship offers substantive, hands-on projects designed to foster an understanding of Aledade’s overall operations and the complexities of the healthcare system, while providing corporate experience and exploring a future career in this vital sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Tracking: Create detailed tracking of deal closures and collaborate with Network Development Leads to finalize essential paperwork.
• Market Support: Provide direct support for the Florida and Georgia markets, including 3-5 in-person travels over the 10-week period.
• Project Management: Partner closely with Network Development Leads to ensure all assigned project deadlines are successfully met.
• Coverage: Learn and prepare to provide comprehensive coverage for Network Development Leads when they are on leave.
• Skill Development: Actively develop expertise in critical areas such as healthcare policy, business operations, Medicare, commercial payer contracts, and clinical workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student entering their junior year of college or as a candidate entering their first year of a Master’s program.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior internship experience in a professional setting.
• Skills: Possesses a strong passion for healthcare, exhibits a self-starter mindset with initiative and project ownership, demonstrates collaborative teamwork, and is detail-oriented with high standards for work quality.
• Bonus: A strong record of academic success.
