What You’ll Actually Do
• Patrol: Conduct routine foot patrols and monitor assigned areas to maintain visibility and help reduce security incidents.
• Access Control: Support access control by checking credentials, directing visitors and drivers, and issuing visitor credentials.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, implementing security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Logistics Support: Assist shipping and receiving operations by observing vehicle and trailer movement at gates and dock areas, reporting discrepancies.
• Incident Response: Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, complete reports, and provide updates to leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Clear communication, professional customer service, problem-solving skills, and acting with integrity.
• Bonus: Comfort using a computer or tablet, customer service experience, and access control and/or badge experience.
