• Tech Stack: Experience with or exposure to tools such as LinkedIn for networking, various CRM platforms for data management, Google Workspace for productivity, and Canva for design is beneficial.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Campaigns: Directly assist in the execution and coordination of outbound sales campaigns, including the drafting and deployment of email marketing efforts aimed at engaging and attracting potential clients.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and in-depth competitive analysis. This involves gathering and synthesizing data to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead Development: Actively help build and manage organized lead lists. This critical task involves utilizing professional networking platforms like LinkedIn for prospect identification and leveraging CRM platforms for efficient lead tracking and management.
• Content Support: Provide essential support for the creation of various marketing content. This includes contributing to ideas and drafting materials for social media posts, engaging blog articles, and informative newsletters, ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Performance Tracking: Systematically track and meticulously analyze campaign performance metrics. This involves evaluating data to understand the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is designed for an Early Career individual, typically a student or recent graduate, who possesses a strong and demonstrable interest in the fields of sales, marketing, communications, or general business development.
• Experience: Candidates must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective client and team interaction. They should also be comfortable working productively within a team-oriented environment and demonstrate the characteristics of a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
