What You’ll Actually Do

• Hospitality: Create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, making each “only-at-Ted’s” experience remarkable.
• Service Delivery: Utilize empowerment to provide natural and effortless service moments, from offering half sours to presenting two-dollar bills.
• Quality Service: Serve high-quality, scratch-kitchen food with pride, ensuring guests receive a warm and memorable experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience working in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated background in full-service restaurant operations is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities and a proven capacity to interact positively with people.
