Summer Internship Program | Rosendin
The Tone:
This is a Summer Internship Program at Rosendin, located in multiple cities across the US, including CA, AZ, NV, OR, TX, VA, MD, NC, TN, ID, HI. Rosendin is one of the largest employee-owned electrical contractors in the United States, known for building quality electrical and communications installations. This role offers hands-on training to provide a well-rounded experience, allowing interns to apply classroom concepts to real-world construction industry challenges. It’s an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop potential, and make key industry contacts.

• Pay: $22.45–$29.50 hourly
• Mission: Solve real-world construction industry challenges and apply academic concepts in a practical, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in hands-on training and solve real-world construction industry challenges.
• Work alongside experienced mentors in areas like Project Management, Engineering, and Safety.
• Apply academic concepts and theories from your major field of study to practical scenarios.
• Develop your professional potential and make key contacts for future networking.
• Participate in Rosendin’s Internship Week, featuring subject matter discussions, site visits, and team-building events.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Renewable Energy, Occupational Health & Safety, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or any other related college field.
• Experience: Commitment to a 10-to-12-week paid internship program, seeking hands-on training to expand knowledge outside the classroom.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, accountability, initiative, ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and strong communication skills.
