Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Las Vegas, NV, ideal for a New Graduate Nurse Practitioner (NP) eager to launch their career within a dynamic and comprehensive medical setting. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Manage chronic pain conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, physical therapists, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive patient education regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical record documentation.
• Adhere strictly to best practices in patient care within both pain management and primary care services.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical skills in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment management.
• Proficiency in medical record documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective patient education and collaborative care within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, prioritize workload efficiently, and manage high patient volumes in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Nevada.
• Certification from an accredited NP board (ANCC or AANP) is mandatory.
• Experience in pain management or primary care is advantageous but not required; new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• CPR or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
