What You’ll Actually Do
• Competence: Transition successfully to a competent practitioner in the nursing field.

• Evidence-Based Care: Incorporate research-based evidence into daily nursing practice to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Practical Learning: Engage in practice-based learning utilizing simulation and skills labs for hands-on experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduation from an accredited College/University nursing program.
• Experience: Less than 12 months of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Skills: Possess an active and valid Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license before the start of the program.
