Pest Control Technician | Viking Pest Control

This is a full-time, in-person role at Viking Pest Control, a company dedicated to providing reliable, modern, and sustainable pest control services. For over 40 years, Viking Pest Control has delivered effective pest management and extermination solutions to residents and businesses across New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a vital link, directly solving community members’ pest challenges, protecting properties, and building lasting client relationships. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, with 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and overtime/weekends as needed.
• Location: In person
• Mission: To serve as a vital link between Viking Pest and its clients by solving existing pest and rodent problems, preventing future infestations, and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve current pest and rodent issues affecting homes and businesses.
• Prevention: Advise clients on corrective measures to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Support: Assist community members by effectively solving their pest-related challenges.
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients through reliable service.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 21 years old or older. No prior experience is needed, as Viking Pest Control provides comprehensive training to all hires.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required, along with reliable transportation.
• Skills: Demonstrated great customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service. A passion for helping and solving problems, coupled with a safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic. Comfort working outdoors and exposure to computers and smartphones are also necessary.
• Bonus: A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
