What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and communication lines with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to consistently fill positions with the best talent.
  • Generate a high volume of quality candidate flow using a diverse array of sourcing methods.
  • Conduct thorough phone-screens and expertly manage the entire interview process, from initial sourcing through to the final offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Document all conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback meticulously within our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
  • Process all necessary paperwork related to onboarding and dispositioning candidates with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
