Remote Call Center LPN | Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences

The Tone:
This is an eight-month contract role with opportunity for extension or full-time offer at Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences, located remotely. This position plays a vital role in patient engagement and support, making outreach calls to patients to prepare for home and telehealth visits. The work directly assists healthcare providers by ensuring patient data is accurately collected and charted prior to appointments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Make outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for home visits and telehealth appointments.
• Chart Preparation: Call patients to initiate chart prep, providing assistance to the provider with their upcoming appointments.
• Data Entry: Enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Assessments: Conduct assessments with patients over the phone to gather necessary information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Active LPN license with a foundational understanding of healthcare practices.
• Experience: Prior experience as an LPN in a clinical or call center setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in outbound patient outreach, accurate data entry, conducting telephonic patient assessments, and EMR system navigation.
