Pest Control Technician | Viking Pest Control

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed
• Location: In person (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Eastern Shore of Maryland)
• Mission: Diagnose and resolve existing pest and rodent problems while recommending preventative measures to protect homes and businesses.
• Tech Stack: computers, smartphones
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with pest control solutions.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and effectively solve existing pest and rodent problems for clients.
• Prevention: Recommend specific corrective actions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Support: Help community members by addressing and resolving their pest challenges.
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients through reliable service and trust.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Age 21 years old or older; High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive hands-on training is provided.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, a passion for helping and problem-solving, a safety-first mindset, a great work ethic, and comfort in working outdoors.
• Bonus: Reliable transportation for the initial period, as a company vehicle is provided upon successful completion of training.
