What You’ll Actually Do
• Apply: Develop appropriate skills in applying accounting, auditing, and tax theory and principles to client engagements.
• Perform: Conduct various accounting, auditing, and tax practices to ensure accurate and reliable data for clients.
• Serve: Deliver high-quality service deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop: Seek out opportunities to grow industry and technical expertise through training, presentations, and professional reading.
• Learn: Build a strong technical knowledge base while learning to apply that knowledge professionally within the firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Early Career; Requires a BS in an accredited 150-hour Accounting Degree Program or an MS in Accounting Program or an MBA program with a concentration in Accounting. Candidates must meet the educational coursework requirement for the NYS 150-hour education requirement for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon conferring of degree and/or prior to full-time hire.

• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, ability to travel to client locations (predominantly Western New York clients), and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
