What You’ll Actually Do
• Exterior Maintenance: Perform pressure cleaning of walkways, building exteriors, patios, and sidewalks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Grounds Management: Maintain outdoor grounds, including leaf blowing, trimming, debris removal, and general landscaping support.
• General Repairs: Complete basic building repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, patching minor drywall damage, and adjusting doors.
• Electrical Support: Assist with basic electrical tasks like resetting breakers, replacing switches or outlets under supervision, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Plumbing Support: Help with basic plumbing needs, including unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, replacing faucet components, and assisting with water line checks under guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Early career level with foundational knowledge in general maintenance, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience using pressure cleaning equipment and operating landscaping tools is preferred.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, ability to operate landscaping tools, strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, ability to follow instructions and work independently, valid driver’s license with MVR eligibility.
• Bonus: Trade Certification, good understanding of OSHA and state facilities regulations and standards, ability to read blueprints and schematics.
