Customer Sales Associate | Tucson, AZ | $16 – $18/hr

The Role
- Handle high-volume inbound calls related to auto insurance sales or wireless account management, consistently delivering world-class customer service.
- Utilize advanced CRM software to accurately process orders, update customer records, and document account changes.
- Drive revenue by applying extensive product knowledge to identify customer needs and troubleshoot complex concerns through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycles, including account activations, billing inquiries, and service upgrades, while consistently maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Execute multitasking strategies across multiple software platforms and communication channels to resolve inquiries with both speed and empathy.
What You’ll Need
- At least 6 months of proven experience in a sales-driven environment or a high-volume retail setting, with a track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer software, digital navigation, and data entry, coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex product features to diverse customer demographics.
- A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum age of 18 years to meet regulatory requirements.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and a commitment to a consistent 40-hour work week.
