The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Overtime and Weekends as needed, Flexible Schedule.
• Location: In-person, serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Eastern Shore of Maryland.
• Mission: To protect homes and businesses from pests by effectively solving existing infestations, recommending preventative actions, and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients, acting as a crucial link between Viking Pest Control and its community.
• Pest Resolution: Diagnose and effectively solve existing pest and rodent problems for both residential and commercial properties.
• Preventative Measures: Recommend and implement corrective actions and sustainable solutions to prevent future pest infestations.
• Community Support: Actively help community members by addressing and resolving their pest challenges, contributing to healthier environments.
• Property Protection: Safeguard homes and businesses from a wide range of pests, including ants, mice, mosquitos, termites, and bed bugs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree or equivalent is required. Candidates must be 21 years old or older and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is needed, as comprehensive hands-on training is provided for all new hires. Initial reliable personal transportation is necessary, with a company vehicle and gas card supplied upon successful completion of training. Familiarity with computers and smartphones is also expected.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential, coupled with a passion for helping others and solving problems, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. A safety-first mindset, strong work ethic, and comfort working outdoors are also key attributes for this role.
