What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Needs Discovery: Conduct virtual meetings to thoroughly understand individual and family financial goals, aspirations, and specific protection needs.
• Financial Strategy Development: Learn, master, and apply various retirement strategies, annuities, and Indexed financial products to create optimal benefit for clients.
• Tailored Financial Planning: Provide comprehensive assistance to families in planning their future, offering personalized solutions for juvenile planning, life insurance, long-term care, and estate planning.
• Business Ownership & Management: Independently grow and manage your own financial business, leveraging proven systems and support to build equity and achieve income control.
• Professional Skill Enhancement: Actively participate in ongoing training and collaborate closely with experienced mentors to continuously develop and refine financial advisory and sales skills.
• Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, serving as a trusted partner for their long-term financial well-being and growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess valid U.S. work authorization. No prior financial services background or specific educational degree is required, as the company provides all necessary comprehensive training.
• Experience: Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license is a fundamental requirement. No prior industry experience is necessary due to the availability of step-by-step training, business coaching, and continuous mentorship.
• Skills: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to success, high coachability, and an eager willingness to learn new skills. Proactive initiative, a results-driven mindset, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their financial goals are essential.
