This role is fundamental to ensuring job sites are stable, safe, and productive for daily operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Site Maintenance: Maintain haul roads and site entrances by watering them down for effective dust control.
• Earthwork Support: Perform tasks related to dirt hauling and moving for various job-specific needs as directed by the Foreman.
• Road Stabilization: Assist in compacting haul roads to ensure their stability and safety for ongoing daily use.
• General Labor: Execute a variety of physically demanding labor tasks across different job sites as required.
• Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a range of hand and power tools to complete assigned duties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career individual with a commitment to demanding physical work and adherence to safety protocols in field environments.
• Experience: Proven ability to consistently perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout a workday.
• Skills: Effective and clear communication with foremen and team members; ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated by company and OSHA; capacity to work weekends when requested; possession of reliable transportation for travel to job sites ranging from 10 to 80 miles in one direction; strictly drug-free with no acceptance for medical drug cards.
