Field/Site Account Specialist – Sales Enabler | Baker Hughes

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships by managing accounts effectively and understanding customer operational and business needs.
• Project Collaboration: Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, technical sales initiatives, and customer solutions.
• Presentation Delivery: Prepare and deliver business reviews and technical presentations to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
• Program Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of refinery chemical programs, including service activities, delivery systems, and performance monitoring.
• Service Execution Support: Support technicians and account representatives to ensure accurate execution of chemical applications and service standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recent graduates, with experience in refinery operations, downstream chemicals, process treatment, or industrial service delivery.
• Experience: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-facing environment and effectively support both commercial sales activities and technical field operations.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, relationship-building skills, and sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
