What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinical Assistance: Provide direct assistance to doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, focusing on patient comfort and efficient workflow.
• Operatory Maintenance: Efficiently set up operatories prior to patient arrival and meticulously break them down following treatment, ensuring readiness for the next procedure.
• Sterilization & Safety: Manage all infection control protocols, including the thorough preparation and sterilization of instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
• Administrative Support: Support doctors in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charting, and perform various other essential office tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with all members of the dental team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care and a positive overall experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, serving as the foundational educational requirement for this entry-level position within the dental field.
• Experience: Demonstrate the capability and willingness to obtain necessary radiology and safety certifications within the specific timeframe mandated by the state of practice, crucial for clinical compliance.
• Skills: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive rapport and ensuring comfort for patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
