What You’ll Actually Do
• Personalized Guest Service: Provide individualized attention to guests, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable experience with all resort activities.
• Activity Leadership: Lead and support scheduled activities, which include outdoor sports, fitness classes, children’s programs, wellness offerings, and cultural events.
• Safety Oversight: Monitor all recreational areas, ensuring a secure environment by adhering to safety protocols and providing guest assistance when necessary.
• Area & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure recreation areas, pools, equipment, and activity centers, both indoors and outdoors, are clean, properly stored, and ready for use.
• Program Enhancement: Contribute to the creation of new and innovative recreational experiences that align with the Inn’s luxury and wellness standards.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Partner daily with other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in hospitality, recreation, and customer service.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, recreation, and customer service, with demonstrated ability to lead and engage groups of guests of all ages.
• Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English, ability to speak confidently in group settings, basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and the physical capability to handle equipment and remain active throughout shifts.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a luxury resort setting; eagerness to learn wellness, fitness, event leading, and outdoor activities trends and best practices.
