We are searching for a dynamic Marketing Representative who will proactively champion our marketing initiatives, engage effectively with both prospective and current owners, and significantly raise awareness and interest in Vacatia’s distinctive vacation ownership offerings. Your Impact
- Sales & Promotion: Drive sales and promote vacation packages and ownership opportunities by skillfully scheduling and booking presentation tours for guests and visitors.
- Tour Management: Efficiently manage tour slots utilizing the arrival manifest, proactively contacting pre-arrival guests, in-room guests, and owner referrals via phone to extend invitations to presentations, as well as handling guest/owner check-ins.
- Customer Service & Concierge: Deliver exceptional customer service while actively promoting vacation packages and tours, and offer valuable general concierge services (e.g., providing local recommendations).
- Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary paperwork meticulously (including daily call logs and reservation forms), maintain accurate system records, and strictly adhere to all gifting procedures and limits.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the timeshare or vacation ownership industries.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to effectively support and engage customers, consistently contributing to measurable business results.
- Key Skills: Demonstrable strength in communication, collaboration, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability: Ability to skillfully manage multiple priorities, adapt seamlessly to changing needs, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Technical Acumen: Basic computer knowledge.
