This is a Sales Associate role located in Vienna, WV. This position is vital for creating an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You will be instrumental in identifying customer needs, offering tailored recommendations, and promoting our membership program. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Experience Leadership: Be the cornerstone of the customer experience by promptly greeting and assisting customers, proactively offering help, and efficiently managing multiple interactions to ensure exceptional service that surpasses expectations.
• Sales & Product Expertise: Accurately identify customer needs, leverage comprehensive product knowledge to answer inquiries, guide customers to relevant merchandise, provide tailored recommendations, and proactively utilize suggestive selling techniques for additional products, staying informed on promotions.
• Retail Operations & Merchandising: Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, while maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure all product displays are organized, visually appealing, and reflective of the store’s high standards.
• Inventory Management & Store Environment: Actively execute inventory management tasks by restocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining accurate counts. Ensure the store premises are consistently clean, organized, welcoming, and safely access and organize stock in high storage areas adhering to safety protocols.
• Promotions & Business Contribution: Actively promote the store’s membership program to drive sales performance and overall store success, and participate in store promotions, sales events, and other initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This role is suitable for Early Career professionals.
• Experience: Retail sales experience is preferred for this position.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly and listen attentively to engage effectively with both customers and team members; a strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help; basic mathematical abilities for processing transactions, handling cash, and managing inventory; and product knowledge aptitude, demonstrating an eagerness to quickly learn and master product details.
