As a Sales Associate, you will be the cornerstone of our customer experience, consistently delivering exceptional service that surpasses expectations. Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

• Promptly Greet and Assist Customers: Immediately acknowledge customer presence, offer assistance proactively, and efficiently manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously to ensure no one waits.
• Anticipate and Fulfill Customer Needs: Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to accurately assess customer preferences, answer all inquiries, expertly guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations that enhance their satisfaction.
• Utilize Suggestive Selling Techniques: Proactively recommend additional or complementary products while staying continuously informed about current product availability and promotions.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure all product displays are consistently organized, visually appealing, and reflective of the store’s high standards.
• Process Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Execute Inventory Management Tasks: Actively participate in restocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
• Demonstrate Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of all merchandise to effectively recommend and sell products with confidence and authority.
• Maintain a Clean and Professional Environment: Ensure the store premises are always clean, organized, and welcoming for both customers and staff.
• Participate in Store Promotions and Events: Actively support and contribute to store promotions, sales events, and other initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives.
• Access and Organize Stock in High Storage Areas: Safely and efficiently retrieve and place stock in high storage locations, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Basic Math Abilities: Essential for processing transactions, handling cash, and managing inventory.

Education & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Retail sales experience is preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, requiring comfortable use of ladders or other equipment as per safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that supports business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
• Potential for occasional travel as necessary to support business objectives or training.

Compensation

Pay Range: USD $12.00 – USD $17.00 /Hr.
