Sales Intern | Lennar
The Tone:
This is a 10-week paid Sales Internship at Lennar, beginning in June, with an on-site presence that includes visits to Lennar Communities and dedicated office work. What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Welcome: Enthusiastically welcome and engage with prospective customers and visitors who arrive at Lennar’s new home communities, creating a positive and memorable first impression for their homebuying journey.
• Sales Presentation Support: Provide valuable assistance during comprehensive sales presentations, gaining firsthand experience and observation in effectively showcasing the features and benefits of Lennar homes to potential buyers.
• Community Operations: Actively support the day-to-day operational functions of a new home community, contributing to its efficient management and ensuring an organized, inviting, and high-quality environment for all visitors.
• Purchase Agreement Assistance: Aid in the clear, accurate, and professional presentation of purchase agreements to customers, learning the critical details and contractual aspects involved in closing a new home sale.
• CRM Lead Management: Efficiently help manage and track customer leads, inquiries, and interactions within the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up support for the sales team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Be a current Junior working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with an expected graduation within two years. The degree should ideally be in real estate, business, or a similar relevant field. Furthermore, applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license, coupled with a good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage to facilitate community travel.
• Experience: While this is an internship, proficiency is a key requirement, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, for tasks involving documentation, communication, and data management.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and team members, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to foster positive relationships, organizational skills and acute attention to detail for managing various tasks, robust time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate various challenges.
