• Mission: Perform on-site testing, observations, and site assessments to ensure the quality, safety, and sustainability of civil and commercial construction projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate equipment: Operate testing equipment to conduct tests on materials such as soil, concrete, and others.
• Assess data: Provide assessment of data gathered through detailed reporting.
• Understand requirements: Utilize drawings, specifications, and diagrams to understand project requirements.
• Observe sites: Apply specific methods and perform tasks to make detailed observations of site activities.
• Document findings: Maintain thorough documentation and accurate data from all test results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with foundational understanding of construction field environments.
• Experience: 1 year of construction-related field experience.
• Skills: Ability to interpret project requirements from drawings, specifications, and diagrams; strong observational and detailed reporting skills; valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record; and capacity to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, and off-shift hours or overtime as needed.
• Bonus: High School Diploma or equivalent; ACI Certification (American Concrete Institute).
