What You’ll Actually Do
• Algorithm Design: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to solve complex e-commerce challenges.
• Data Application: Apply machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision techniques to analyze extensive e-commerce data and user interactions.
• Model Deployment: Deploy and maintain scalable recommendation models capable of handling real-time query processing and generating accurate product suggestions.
• Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that directly inform and guide strategic business decisions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest machine learning developments and actively incorporate new advancements into ongoing work and projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field, suitable for an early career professional. Candidates should possess a solid theoretical foundation in data structures, algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning principles.
• Experience: Proven practical experience in applying machine learning concepts. Familiarity with one to two specialized areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal systems, graph algorithms, search algorithms, text/data mining, or Large Language Models (LLM).
• Skills: Strong coding ability, with demonstrated proficiency in Python, Go, or C++, and comfort working efficiently within a Linux environment. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with effective team collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience in platform governance, audit, risk control, content security, or engagement with overseas internet or e-commerce businesses is advantageous.
