Compensation Information

Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and will vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

• Cashier: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Customer Service Associate: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $16.76 – $21.66 per hour

Please note: For positions in the City of Seattle, labor agreements ensure a starting rate of $18.94 per hour.
