Startup Partnerships Intern
Location: Remote (Candidates must be currently located in the United States.)
Type: Part-Time (20-30 Hours / Week), Paid Internship
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months (with potential for future paid position/salary)
Compensation: Academic credit or $3,000 stipend for the full internship period ($500/month)

Role Overview
As a Startup Partnerships & Talent Acquisition Intern at StartHub, you will help shape the expertise and instructors that power our platform. You’ll be responsible for discovering and recruiting world-class founders, operators, investors, and industry experts who can teach, mentor, and lead workshops for the community.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your work will directly influence the educational experience of thousands of startup founders.
What You’ll Do
- Identify top-tier founders, operators, investors, creators, and subject-matter experts
- Conduct outreach to potential instructors, speakers, and mentors
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality expert leads
- Support partnerships, scheduling, and onboarding workflows
- Perform research across the startup, tech, and VC ecosystems
- Work directly with senior leadership on partnership and talent strategy
- Suggest new course categories and opportunities based on market trends

Who We’re Looking For
- Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
- Business, communications, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related majors
- Strong communication and research skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable connecting with professionals
- Curious about startups, venture capital, founder education, and tech
- Self-starter with high initiative and organization
- Interested in networking and building long-term relationships
No previous partnership or recruiting experience required — training will be provided.
Compensation & Perks
