Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee (MT), you will begin learning the intricacies of our business from day one, primarily based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers and partners, while also developing expertise in our behind-the-scenes operational processes. Our structured program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, cultivate new business opportunities, and effectively develop your team.

In this hands-on learning environment, you will receive essential guidance, mentoring, and support for your success. You will also engage with the local community to build vital relationships that contribute to business growth.

We will provide comprehensive training in key areas including: customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn the importance of prioritizing our customers and thrive in our culture of friendly competition, which is crucial for both business expansion and your personal achievement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or be currently enrolled with only one semester remaining until graduation with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience: Must have at least 6 months of experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (e.g., server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer Service
  • Leadership (Military service and/or college or professional athletics participation will be accepted in lieu of sales or customer service experience)
• Driving Record:
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise Mobility for this position now or in the future.
