Job Summary

The primary goal of this role is to establish commonality and build strong rapport with prospective and/or current owners. You will be responsible for clearly articulating the compelling benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co., demonstrating a positive attitude within a high-energy sales environment to drive vacation ownership sales.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, conveniently located at one of our award-winning resorts.
  • Skillfully find commonality and build strong rapport with prospective and/or current owners to foster trust and understanding.
  • Effectively communicate the extensive benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, showcasing the value and exclusive experiences offered.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and expertly utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Benefit from prequalified leads provided by the company, allowing you to focus on selling.
  • Commit to continuous professional development by attending ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions.
  • Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, while consistently maintaining minimum performance goals (approximately 80% of time).
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, stay current on sales information and materials, keep abreast of industry trends, and regularly set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (approximately 20% of time).

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • Ability to complete initial paid training, comprehensively covering our sales process, in-depth product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
  • Demonstrated capability to overcome objections effectively and perform successfully within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
