The Tone:

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to credit union members across all digital channels, with a primary focus on remote video banking. The vBanking Agent II will educate members, manage accounts, process loans, and ensure compliance, contributing significantly to member satisfaction and the overall success of the dynamic vBanking team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Educate: Inform and educate credit union members about ACUTX and partner products and services during every interaction.
• Manage Accounts: Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and process loan applications promptly and accurately.
• Handle Interactions: Engage with members across text, video, and e-mail channels, ensuring courteous and professional service.
• Lead Department Support: Serve as a leader within the department by answering questions, resolving member issues, and providing overrides as needed.
• Manage Pipeline: Oversee the daily loan pipeline with detailed notes to ensure proper member service and maximize loan volume.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Intermediate career level with core domain knowledge in lending, sales, and customer service.
• Experience: Proven experience in lending, sales, and customer service environments, coupled with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, digital channel interaction, credit union policy and compliance adherence, and loan pipeline management.
