A Day in the Life as an HR Intern:

As an HR Intern, you will acquire practical experience across various core areas of Human Resources. Your support will be crucial in projects aimed at strengthening our programs, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring smooth team operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist with compensation and benefits projects, including conducting market research and benchmarking activities.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle hiring activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as employee file maintenance, process documentation, and policy updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing you with a broad understanding of how HR strategically supports the business.
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with your dedicated manager to discuss progress and receive feedback.
  • Attend professional development workshops and networking events to enhance your skills and connections.
  • Deliver a final presentation showcasing your project outcomes and key learnings from your internship experience.

If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:

  • Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant’s food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

Do you have what it takes? (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
  • Possess a curious, proactive, and eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
