About the Year Up United Program
Year Up United offers an intensive, one-year or less job training program designed to equip young adults with essential skills for launching a professional career. This program integrates robust in-classroom skill development with practical experience through internships and comprehensive job placement services.
Program Highlights

- Real-World Experience: Gain access to internships with leading organizations such as Fannie Mae, Merck, Okta, Salesforce, and many others in the National Capital Region area.

- Financial Support: Participants receive an educational stipend during the program.
Are You Eligible?
You may apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria:
- You are a high school graduate or GED recipient.
- You are eligible to work in the U.S.
- You are available Monday-Friday for the entire duration of the program.
- You are highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
- You have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.

- High Placement Rate: 75% of Year Up United graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation.
- Competitive Starting Salary: Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars ($53,000) per year.
