About the Job: Entry-Level Parts Associate at Carvana

Key Responsibilities:

• Order necessary parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Accurately identify and record parts needed for various tasks.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts storage area.
• Receive incoming parts shipments.
• Pick parts for vehicles as required.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 hourly (based on level of experience).
• Starting Pay: $19.00/hr.
• Schedule: First shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Overtime: All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Location: Our inspection center is located at: 3445 Cincinnati Avenue, Rocklin, CA 95765.

General Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license. (Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Comfortable with exposure to varying weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment, which may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
