Growth Hacker MBA Intern | Method

The Tone:
This is a summer internship at Method. Method builds the most modern way to connect to consumer financial accounts, combining real-time liability connectivity with instant payment execution through its API. This role is crucial for building Method’s growth engine, driving a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Orchestrate the Pipeline: Own the marketing revenue number, encompassing the strategy, execution, and reporting of the marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Scale the Growth Engine: Lead paid acquisition across all channels by shaping strategy, crafting creative angles, directing landing page design, and optimizing performance for efficiency and scale.
• Lead the ABM Motion: Partner with Sales to define top accounts (Banking & Fintechs) and design bespoke campaigns, such as executive dinners and targeted content, to penetrate high-value prospects and existing customers.
• Own the Stack & Ops: Fully manage and continuously improve the growth marketing tech stack, ensuring pristine data hygiene for accurate attribution and optimized spend.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA-level education combined with a senior career level, demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing, supporting Enterprise and Strategic sales motions (6-12+ month sales cycles; $250k+ deals), plus previous startup experience building zero to one Series A-C, and proven ability to own both paid and outbound channels from strategy through execution.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, including comfort with presenting data and identifying ICP patterns and messaging trends; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; and highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in FinTech or API-first companies, marketing to Developers (PLG) and Bank Executives (Enterprise) simultaneously, or helping build a Customer Advisory Board or similar high-touch community program.
