As a Golf Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the golf course operations, directly contributing to the exceptional experience of our guests and members by ensuring a seamless and enjoyable golfing journey.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest & Sales Management: Handle all golfer financial transactions, including greens and cart fees and merchandise sales, schedule tee times, and provide comprehensive information on golf and recreational activities, ensuring a welcoming and professionally friendly environment for guests and members as they enter the golf shop.
• Course Operations & Control: Manage play on the golf course when a starter is not present, provide pertinent information to golfers regarding daily conditions and course directions, and issue and process returns of golf carts and rental equipment with proper documentation.
• Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the driving range and practice areas, restocking golf balls as required, and help police the area and restock merchandise when not busy at the counter.
• Financial Administration: Perform all necessary financial records and accounting functions required to open and close daily operations, ensuring compliance with administrative needs, and securely process payment methods upon reservation or activity check-in.
• Recreation Program Assistance: Record guest reservations in appropriate logs for various resort activities and assist in the preparation and implementation of recreation programs, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: None explicitly required.
• Skills: Customer service, financial transaction handling, scheduling, and clear communication.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a hospitality or resort/golf environment.
