What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Lead Generation: Actively engage visitors, establish meaningful relationships, and precisely determine their home buying needs utilizing Lennar’s proven selling philosophy. Systematically generate new leads through proactive self-prospecting efforts and by traveling throughout the local community to cultivate connections with Realtor/Co-Broker businesses and acquire referrals.
• Sales Closure & Process Management: Efficiently generate, process, and successfully close new home sales by expertly applying the 10-5-2-1 selling approach, thereby ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction for every homebuyer from initial engagement through closing.
• Customer Relationship & Follow-up: Provide consistent, proactive, and timely follow-through with customers throughout their entire purchasing journey, encompassing initial contact through closing and all post-closing activities, meticulously maintaining accurate and up-to-date communication records.
• Property & Presentation Management: Oversee and maintain the pristine condition of the Welcome Home Center, all model homes, and existing inventory homes. Proactively communicate any maintenance needs to ensure their timely resolution, thereby upholding Lennar’s high standards for presentation.
• Market Analysis & Collaboration: Continuously develop and maintain comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the competitive housing market, including competitor product offerings, community specifics, prevailing sales trends, advertising strategies, and target customer demographics. Actively collaborate with internal departments and participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with foundational knowledge in new home sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships and successfully close sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales tracking tools; self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Bonus: A college degree and a current real estate license are preferred qualifications.
