This is an early career role at Jibble Group, a remote-first company operating across 16 countries, headquartered in London. Jibble Group builds leading workforce management solutions, including PayrollPanda, which is Malaysia’s top cloud payroll software, and Jibble, an award-winning time clock solution. This position specifically supports the rapid growth of PayrollPanda. As a Junior Product Manager, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial research to post-release analysis, working with cross-functional teams to shape improvements and new initiatives. The role is designed for someone who enjoys solving user problems, working with data, and is keen to develop their career in product management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Research: Conduct thorough research into user needs, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform strategic product decisions for PayrollPanda.
• Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the planning and prioritization of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth goals for PayrollPanda.
• Feature Delivery: Facilitate collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure the seamless delivery of new product features and improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Actively participate in comprehensive product testing, rigorous quality checks, and essential release validation processes to maintain high standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance post-launch, assisting in the preparation of regular product insights and detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Initiative Support: Provide dedicated support for ad-hoc product initiatives aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and significantly improving the overall user experience within PayrollPanda.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with foundational knowledge in product management or business analysis.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a product, business analysis, or a related role.
• Skills: Analytical and structured thinking, high attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, or Figma, fluent in English.
• Bonus: Preferably Malaysian, prior SaaS experience, basic understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
