This role is crucial in supporting the scaling of Cantina, the company’s flagship social AI platform, through high-impact strategic projects. The TL;DR

• Pay: $50 hourly
• Team: Supports the Senior Director of Strategy
• Mission: Supports the scaling efforts of the Cantina social AI app.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct ongoing competitive and market research within the generative AI space.
• Strategy Development: Develop strategic recommendations concerning product, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
• Corporate Development: Support the corporate development pipeline, including target sourcing, prioritization, outreach, and tracking.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and assist in the forecasting, management, and tracking of key operational and financial metrics.
• Initiative Support: Support cross-functional strategic initiatives encompassing go-to-market strategies, user growth, and R&D efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current MBA or pre-MBA student.
• Experience: Prior experience in strategy, business development, or consulting roles.
• Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, including comfort with financial modeling; skilled communication, capable of developing compelling executive-level presentations; exceptional relationship-building skills; comfort navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes.
• Bonus: Experience in high-growth tech or fast-paced startup environments; exposure to B2B business development or analytics.
