As an Associate Technician, you will directly support the production department, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are consistently met to provide consumers access to essential vision care products.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, motivating others to follow established procedures.
• Execute equipment calibration and setup, promptly escalating any maintenance concerns to supervision.
• Proactively identify and report quality, process, or workflow issues to the Supervisor.
• Engage in training activities for fellow Associates, including mentoring new hires and facilitating cross-training.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, immediately reporting potential safety or health hazards to the Supervisor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED; Early Career
• Experience: Previous experience operating in a fast-paced work setting.
• Skills: Clear and concise communication, ability to prioritize tasks, strong organizational skills, ability to consistently meet strict deadlines, reliable attendance and punctuality.
