Digital Content Management Intern | Skechers
The Tone:
This is an internship at Skechers, located in Manhattan Beach, CA, offering hands-on experience in managing digital content. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the company’s website and mobile app content globally, providing exposure to enterprise content management tools and best practices for a leading footwear brand.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship

• Pay: $25 hourly
• Mission: Assist in managing and optimizing digital content for Skechers’ global websites and mobile applications.
• Tech Stack: Page Designer, Monetate, Social Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Asana, Quip, Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Management: Schedule, publish, and perform quality assurance checks on digital content for websites and mobile apps.
• Market Research: Assist in tracking competitor activities and preparing presentation decks based on market insights.
• Content Auditing: Support in auditing content across Skechers’ primary website and international web platforms for consistency and accuracy.
• Content Creation Support: Help write creative briefs to request new digital content from internal teams.
• Product Tagging: Assist in tagging social commerce products within the catalog feed to facilitate content population.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; Early Career; demonstrated interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, or digital content creation through classes, other internships, or hobbies.
• Experience: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong attention to detail; capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
