Entry Level Investigative Analyst | Eagle Harbor

The Tone:
This is an early career position at Eagle Harbor, located in Houston, TX. Eagle Harbor supports a client in Houston and is ultimately affiliated with Three Saints Bay, LLC, a federal contractor. In this role, you will provide critical technical and analytical support for complex criminal and civil investigations. You will be instrumental in identifying pertinent information, meticulously analyzing data, and preparing essential materials for prosecutors and lead investigators.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate: Provide technical support to investigative personnel, obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing source documents and statistical information for ongoing investigations.
• Analyze: Participate in group discussions to determine the relevancy of investigative information related to PIRs and conduct detailed examinations during complex criminal and civil investigations.
• Input: Perform data entry from hard copy and soft copy documents into a large-scale data processing system using a keyboard, optical character reader, or other input devices.
• Report: Write intelligence reports, create graphics and working aids, and prepare discovery and court material for prosecutors following the completion of investigative support.
• Collaborate: Participate in developing methodologies to exploit investigative information, including conducting periodic progress reviews and ensuring quality control of all work products.

The Must-Haves
• Background: US Citizen with a Bachelor’s degree, suitable for an early career role focused on investigative intelligence analysis.
• Experience: An active SECRET security clearance is required, along with the ability to pass an agency clearance and pre-employment background check. Candidates need three years of general experience, or one year of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production, and dissemination of investigative intelligence can substitute for one year of education; occasional travel (CONUS and OCONUS) is also required.
• Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, coupled with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience with financial analysis software is desired, and the ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
