Embark on an exciting Food & Beverage Summer Internship at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. This immersive program offers unparalleled hands-on experience across a diverse range of operational areas, including multiple full-service restaurant outlets, dynamic poolside dining venues, and vibrant bars, all within a high-volume, luxury resort setting.

Interns will play a crucial role in supporting daily service operations, deeply engaging with Hyatt’s renowned service standards. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate extensively with both front-of-house and culinary teams, working together to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
  • Possess a strong guest-service mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and outdoors as needed, specifically from May through August.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proven ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable with physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting/moving supplies as needed.
