What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Detailing & Cleaning: Drive, meticulously detail, and clean vehicles, encompassing both interior and exterior surfaces to meet high standards.
• Exterior Treatment Expertise: Precisely wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions, followed by waxing and buffing with cloths and buffing machines.
• Interior Surface Restoration: Thoroughly vacuum the interior to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and other interior surfaces, and utilize air compressors and cloths for drying.
• Protective Chemical Application: Apply preservation chemicals to various surfaces for protection against spots and stains, and use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes for vehicle leather or fabric as needed.
• Specialized Cleaning and Operational Support: Perform targeted cleaning, such as removing grease from engines or engine compartments when required, and demonstrate flexibility in carrying out additional duties assigned by management to support operational needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career to experienced professional focused on automotive appearance.
• Experience: Detail Specialist 1 requires some experience; Detail Specialist 2 requires 2+ years of experience in vehicle detailing.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, ability to quickly learn and work effectively as part of a team, proficiency in driving both automatic and manual shift vehicles, commitment to punctuality and staying on task, and a sharp eye for distinguishing small imperfections during quality inspection.
